Vessom is an innovative company that deploys new technologies in Kazakhstan. Vessom automates traffic and vehicle management for commercial clients and governments. The company accumulates broad experience in automating parking lots with hardware and software solutions. As a result, they decided to create commercial software that distributes the company's best practices.

Solution

The following user groups were identified: transport drivers, parking dispatchers, accountants, and other employees of the parking company, as well as admins (Vessom engineers who are implementing and maintaining the software). Each group had its requirements, interfaces, and rights.

Result

We developed an ERP system that automates processes on parking facilities and works without the constant presence of personnel. The system supports several models of interaction with customers: one-time parking, parking subscription, distribution of parking spaces between organizations.

The system brings more income at a lower cost to parking administration. The analytical dashboard sets the dynamic pricing varying in time following the demand fluctuations.
